  中新网1月4日电 (中新财经记者 谢艺观)近日,网传奥密克戎XBB变异株会引发呕吐和腹泻症状,传言截图中提及的“蒙脱石散”“诺氟沙星”等相继引发关注登上热搜,不少药店显示蒙脱石散、诺氟沙星“补货中”。

  3日,2023年首个交易日,A股蒙脱石散概念股亦全线高开,康芝药业、仟源医药、方盛制药等相关个股涨停。

  XBB有关的截图,致蒙脱石散、诺氟沙星等突然爆火

  据媒体报道,这波蒙脱石散爆火源于一张在社交平台广泛流传的朋友圈截图。

  该截图显示,“1月3日国家开放入境,目前国外登顶的毒株是XBB.1.5。这玩意主攻心脑血管和拉肚子。所以,有条件的请准备蒙脱石散、补液盐(或者买两箱电解质饮料,比如脉动、尖叫、宝矿力)、整肠生、益生菌各种乳酸菌片,诺氟沙星也来一盒”。截图中提及的蒙脱石散、诺氟沙星等随后登上热搜,引发关注和讨论。

  1月1日上午,中新财经记者登录电商平台,发现部分药房的蒙脱石散已经断货。与此同时,在社交平台上,不少人表示要购买蒙脱石散、液盐、乳酸菌素片、诺氟沙星等。由于网传XBB.1.5毒株还会攻击心脑血管,一些人甚至表示要囤速效救心丸。

  随着大批人抢购蒙脱石散等止泻药,1月3日,记者再登录多个电商平台,部分药房显示蒙脱石散、诺氟沙星、乳酸菌素片等药品无货。一些线上药房即使有货,也会设置限购等条件。在买药平台叮当快药上,蒙脱石散、诺氟沙星、乳酸菌素片等均显示补货中。

  中新财经记者3日咨询北京多家药店,工作人员也均表示,蒙脱石散、诺氟沙星、乳酸菌素片已经没货。有药店工作人员称,“店里的止泻药物都已断货”。

  北京西城区某药店工作人员向记者透露,“蒙脱石散、诺氟沙星等,很多人过来询问,但店里之前就没货了,现在也找不着货。现在就黄连素片等药品还有货,但补货的话进价比以前高得多。”

  “之前药监派发过蓝芩口服液、抗原检测试剂盒等,价格实惠,质量有保证,我们现在也等着药监能不能派发些蒙脱石散。”上述工作人员亦表示。

  生产及销售蒙脱石散的康芝药业3日也在互动平台回应投资者称,目前公司通过外招、从其他基地内部调动员工、调整排班等方式加班生产,以保产品的供应。

  专家:没发现XBB更容易侵犯心脑血管系统和消化系统

  近日,北京佑安医院呼吸与感染疾病科主任医师李侗曾接受媒体采访时表示,一些新冠病毒感染者确实有呕吐和腹泻的症状,通常1至3天可以自行缓解,也没有发现XBB.1.5更容易侵犯心脑血管系统和消化系统。治疗呼吸道感染和消化道感染的药物可以适当准备,但没必要大量囤积。

  近期,中国疾控中心病毒病所所长许文波也在新闻发布会上介绍,BQ.1和XBB是奥密克戎新的变异分支。国际上,在一些欧美国家已经逐渐显示出它们是优势毒株,主要表现为传播力和免疫逃逸能力增加。但其致病力和奥密克戎其他系列变异株没有明显区别,重症率和死亡率在流行BQ.1和XBB的这些国家没有显著增加。

  患者若出现腹泻等症状,在用药方面也需谨慎。上海交通大学医学院附属上海儿童医学中心呼吸科副主任医师张磊称,诺氟沙星胶囊属于抗生素类药物,可以用于治疗细菌性肠胃炎但不适用于病毒性肠胃炎,而且儿童群体不能使用诺氟沙星胶囊,会导致骨骼发育异常。蒙脱石散对于病毒性感染引起的肠胃炎有着极强的吸附作用,能够吸收病毒一起排出,但其颗粒比较难排出体外,留在体内可能造成便秘。

  退烧药、抗原如今已“秒发货”,购药须按需、理性!

  目前,蒙脱石散、诺氟沙星等还处于断货、限购中,但曾经手慢即无货、迟迟等不来发货的退烧药、抗原检测试剂、血氧仪等,如今已能正常下单购买。

  “我不要了,烂大街了,现在看到这个东西就头疼!”社交媒体上流传的这一句话,反映了不少网友对抗原检测试剂的心理写照。

  2022年12月29日,工信部组织举行“疫情防控重点医疗物资保障情况”新闻发布会,据介绍,在各方的共同努力下,各类医疗物资产能不断释放,产量快速提升。布洛芬、对乙酰氨基酚两类重点解热镇痛药日产能现已达到2.02亿片,日产量达1.9亿片,与12月初相比的日产量和供给量提升都超过4倍;新冠病毒抗原检测试剂产品的企业日产能已由12月初的6000万人份扩产到1.1亿人份,增长83%。

某线上平台显示,抗原检测试剂盒货量充足。

  3日,中新财经记者登录多个线上销售平台搜索发现,布洛芬等退烧药品以及抗原检测试剂已有现货,有药房还标注24小时内速发;一些品牌的血氧仪,虽然部分款式处于缺货状态,但不少款式也可现货速发;至于此前爆火的电解质水更是能轻松购买。

  多个线下药店的工作人员也告诉记者,现在店里退烧药物、抗原检测试剂都已有货。“目前店里的抗原检测试剂特别充足,都是药监批下来的。”前述药店工作人员表示。 (完)

中新网评:处理核污水绝不是日本自家私事******

  中新网北京1月19日电(蒋鲤)日本政府近日称,将于2023年春夏期间开始向海洋排放经过处理的福岛第一核电站核污水。日本罔顾国内民众及周边国家的屡屡反对,企图将核污水“一倒了之”,把一件关乎全球海洋生态环境和公众健康的事当成了自家私事。

  2011年,福岛核电站事故发生后,大量放射性物质泄漏到大气层和太平洋,对周围环境造成了难以逆转的伤害,数十万人被迫撤离该地区。时至今日,作为日本邻国之一的韩国仍未解除福岛海鲜禁令。

  日本以核污水存储能力即将达到上限为由,在2021年4月13日,正式决定将福岛第一核电站核污水排入太平洋。过去一年多,日本政府和东京电力公司一直在持续推进核污水排海计划。

  日本政府辩称,这些核污水经多核素处理系统(ALPS)处理后很安全,甚至“可以喝”,这样的表态无疑在愚弄大众。

  事实上,经过处理的核污水仍含有多种放射性物质,核污水一旦排放入海就无法回收,长期来看,将会给海洋生态带来难以估量的潜在威胁,最终危害人类健康。

  因此,核污水排海计划推出后,遭到日本民众强烈反对。日本《朝日新闻》2022年3月公布的问卷调查显示,福岛县、宫城县和岩手县受访的42个市町村长中,约六成反对东京电力公司福岛第一核电站核污水排放入海。日本全国渔业协会联合会也多次申明立场,反对该计划。

  日本政府认为,核污水排海是最便宜、最省事的解决方案,但此举却将周边国家乃至全世界置于核污染风险中。太平洋非日本一家之海,核污水会随着洋流流动,其影响势必会跨越国界,危害周边国家乃至整个国际社会的公共福祉和利益。

  《韩国经济新闻》发文称,相关研究认为,福岛核污水如果排放入海,约7个月后将到达济州等韩国海域,该国水产业和旅游业将遭受相当大的损失。

  德国南极海洋机构也曾发出警告,若日本将所有核污水排入海中,不到半年,整个太平洋都将面临高度辐射威胁,包括远在大洋另一端的美国。太平洋地区人民更是对日本该计划持反对意见。

  日本作为《联合国海洋法公约》缔约国,有义务保护海洋环境。然而,在核污水排海方案的正当性、核污水数据的可靠性、净化装置的有效性、环境影响的不确定性等问题上,日本未能作出科学、可信的说明。

  国际原子能机构技术工作组虽已三次赴日实地考察评估,但尚未就日排海方案的安全性给出结论,并且对日本提出诸多澄清要求和整改意见。在此情况下,日本仍执意推进核污水排海工程建设,这是极不负责任的行为。

  太平洋不是日本的下水道,日本必须正视各方合理关切,在与周边国家等相关利益方和国际原子能机构充分协商后,制定合理的核污水处理方案。日本也要着眼长远,若只顾眼前,执意将核污水排放入海,不仅其自身,周边国家乃至全世界都将为之买单,其后果必将会危害数代人。

  Fukushima water disposal by no means Japan’s own business

  (ECNS) -- Japan has announced it will release treated wastewater from the wrecked Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant into the Pacific Ocean this year.

  Although Fukushima wastewater disposal affects global marine ecological environment protection and public health, Japan has turned a deaf ear to domestic and international opposition to dumping the contaminated water into the sea, treating the "global" matter as its own business.

  The Fukushima accident in 2011 had sent large quantities of radiation into the atmosphere and the Pacific Ocean, causing irreversible damage to the surrounding environment, and hundreds of thousands of people were forced to evacuate the area. South Korea still maintains its import ban on Japanese seafood from areas affected by the Fukushima nuclear disaster.

  On April 13, 2021, Japan announced it had decided to discharge contaminated radioactive wastewater in Fukushima Prefecture into the sea due to dwindling storage space, with the Japanese government and plant operator Tokyo Electric Power Company Holdings Inc. promoting the release plan over the past year.

  The Japanese government argues that the water treated by an advanced liquid processing system, or ALPS, is safe and drinkable, which is undoubtedly fooling the public.

  In fact, the treated wastewater still includes a variety of radioactive substances and can’t be recycled once discharged into the sea, which will pose a great threat to marine ecology and ultimately endanger human health in the long run.

  Therefore, the discharge plan has been strongly opposed in Japan. According to a questionnaire conducted by The Asahi Shimbun, nearly 60 percent of mayors of 42 municipalities in Iwate, Miyagi and Fukushima prefectures oppose the discharge plan. The National Fisheries Cooperative Federation of Japan has also repeatedly stated its opposition in public.

  The Japanese government believes that dumping Fukushima wastewater into the sea is the cheapest and most convenient solution, but neighboring countries and even the whole world will be at risk of nuclear pollution.

  The Pacific Ocean doesn’t belong to Japan and the wastewater flow along oceanic currents will surely break boundaries and endanger public welfare and the interests of neighboring countries and even the international community.

  The Korea Economic Daily reported that related research concluded that if contaminated water from Fukushima is released into the ocean, it would only take seven months for the contaminated water to reach the shores of Jeju Island, with the country's aquaculture and tourism suffering considerable losses.

  According to the calculation of a German marine scientific research institute, radioactive materials will spread to most of the Pacific Ocean within half a year from the date of discharge, and the U.S. and Canada will be affected by nuclear pollution. People in the Pacific region also oppose the discharge plan.

  As a participant of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, Japan has the obligation of protecting the marine environment.

  However, it hasn’t offered a full and convincing explanation on issues like the legitimacy of the discharge plan, the reliability of data on the nuclear-contaminated water, the efficacy of the treatment system or the uncertainty of environmental impact.

  Though the IAEA has yet to complete a comprehensive review after three investigations in Japan, the Japanese side has been pushing through the approval process for its discharge plan and even started building facilities for the discharge. It is rather irresponsible for Japan to act against public opinion at home and concerns abroad.

  The Pacific Ocean is not a private Japanese sewer. The country must seriously heed the voices of the international community and make a reasonable plan for the Fukushima wastewater disposal after full consultation with stakeholders and international agencies.

  If it only seeks instant interest and insists on discharging the contaminated water into the sea, not only itself, but also its neighboring countries and the entire world will pay for the decision and several generations will be forced to bear the consequence.
